Government Degree College Budaun,(U.P) was established in 2004 by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh as one of the pioneer institute of Higher Education with a vision to provide low cost higher quality education of Arts ,Science and Commerce at their doorsteps to the students of this urban primarily residing in rural area covering all category especially weaker sections of the society .The college has Co-Education system and the motto of this institution has been besides education, to inculcate moral values among the students and live up the expectations of good citizenship.Most of the teachers are engaged in the research activity. The college has three units of NSS (boys and girls), one unit each of Rovers and Rangers and one unit of NCC.
